About the Role:

IBM is looking for an Application Developer – Microsoft Analytics to join its Consulting Client Innovation Center in Mysore. As part of the IBM Consulting team, you will work on impactful projects across industries, helping clients in their hybrid cloud and AI journey by developing software solutions using Microsoft technologies.

You will be part of a global team that collaborates closely with stakeholders to build innovative, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop software applications using Microsoft technologies ensuring quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze requirements and solve real-world client problems.
• Contribute to all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft technologies and apply them to enhance solutions.
• Engage in problem-solving and continuous learning, contributing fresh ideas to improve processes.
• Support clients in their cloud adoption and AI integration journeys.

Key Technical Skills:

Microsoft .NET, C#, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, REST APIs, OCM (Organizational Change Management), SDLC Practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or Master’s Degree (Preferred).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft development stack (.NET, C#, SQL).
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or analytics platforms (advantageous but not mandatory).
• Understanding of change management frameworks and enterprise redesign strategies.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to analyze requirements, design solutions, and deliver in agile environments.
• Problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (up to 20% travel or 1 day a week onsite).
• Comfortable with a global and collaborative work culture.
